Vodafone UK availability

Looks like there may be some stock issues with some networks.

I got a call from Vodafone today enquiring about an upgrade. told them I was looking at the N95. They said that they are expecting stock on the 11th of April. This was at about 3PM today.

Lol! So are they telling everyone something different?? I might call them again tomorrow and see what I get!

@ Fragglechops have u rang them 2day? i have and the verdict i got from 3 dif voda ppl is its due on 31st, this saturday and they said this is 100%....... pmpl yeh till the 31st comes

voda uk now have the n95 posters up in store, it says "in store now", altho they aint got any yet but are due in over the next 4 days, also they have prices, on 18 month contract the n95 is only free on the �75 top tarif, if u go on �50 tarif then u have to pay �100 for the handset......

Just got a call from Vodafone, and I have been upgraded. I will get the handset tomorrow morning.

Cost me �59.99 for the handset as an upgrade. My contact does not finish till June but they said I can have the handset early... They will also reduce my �64 / month contact to �35 (+250 extra txts) for the remaining 3 months and the contact will resume from June for an additional 12 months.

So basically, I'm pretty much getting the handset for free, due to the reduction in the monthly line rental.

Tomorrow morning I shall be like a child on Christmas morning 😊.

Got mine from Vodafone on Saturday morning 😊

Went into a local store and asked an assistant if the N95 was in yet - they came back and said yes, just arrived. After a 10mins wait to see another assistant I was told 'Oh, system wont scan it' and, following a call to head office, 'We cant sell these until Monday'. I explained that I wouldn't be coming back on Monday and shortly after walked out with my new phone.

Although an upgrade is almost due (mid May) I went for a new 12mo contract and by taking �50/month got the phone free.

Only one unforced restart so far :frown: Seemed to trigger when using Profimail to open a new mail at the same time as an incoming SMS. Phone restarted and first thing I saw was the new text.

Not had a huge amount of time to play with the phone as yet, but unsure that the GPS application suits me - I may see if TomTom will work (was fine on my N80). Only other quibble is that my favourite (greenflo) theme from my N80 wont work, I believe due to screen resolution differences.

Yup. Vodafone upgraded me today. My new toy arrives tomorrow.
