N73 and Video Call

Hello

when I try and make a video call with the N73 I get a "Network Services" error/warning and thats it.

Any idea what this means ?

I have 30 mins video call per month on Orange and the 3G symbol is on the display.

Maybe network settings, or phone firmware. Check first with network if all settings are correct.

You have to make sure that Orange has enabled video calling on your line and that the person you are calling has a 3g enabled handset and is within 3g coverage.

I got it to work. I think it was because I was not in a "video call" area.
