N80 -> PCSuite -> Contacts

I saw a previous thread that was unresolved. Does anyone else have the same problem as me:

When trying to view the N80 contacts from a PC with PC Suite installed it lists no contacts even though I have 150.

Did the guy who posted about this before get it resolved or is this a bug in the software? I need to put contacts into groups as it appears that the N80 does not support outlook catagories and I don't relish the thought of adding users to groups using the handset itself.

I am connected to my PC using bluetooth, would using the cable fix this issue? I have no idea where the cable is so I hope that isn't the issue but I have a feeling that asking the phone to view 150 contacts via bluetooth could be a bit too much for it. Images talk forever and a day to transfer as do messages. Syncing in the otherhand is very quick.

Cheers in advance people!

On PC Suite main window go to Help -> Reinstall PC Suite support on your phone. It should work afterwords. Had the same issue on my N70 and now it works.

It still doesn't work bud. I tried this and still I can't view contacts in PC Suite view bluetooth, everything else seems to work OK as does sync.

When I use my USB cable it works fine but I would prefer to use bluetooth at work so I don't have to carry my cable around. Maybes this is another 'feature' of the N80, ha! Hope they ironed this problem out with the N95 which I am warming to even though I have hated my N80 for so long. GPS built into a phone is sooo tempting. Shame it has to use ye olde sloooooowwwww symbian.
