What seems to be the problem with my N6600 from time to time it automatically shutdown with the battery still in good condition?

Maybe software. Check if you have the last version inside!

Power off or restart?

Power off.... once i turn the power on it will take only less than 2 minutes and the power gone off again. Last month i brought it to the service center and they format my phone and install the latest software. They told me to observed the phone if the process will not correct the problem. Just last week i returned the phone to the center for the same problem and told me that there are parts need to be replaced...

Maybe the battery is not in such a good condition as you might think. Try your battery into another phone to see if it happens the same thing.
