Restore Memory Card to Factory Default

Hi,
Anyone know if it possible to restore your memory card to what it was straight out of the box. I formatted mine without realising it would remove the factory apps/songs/themes etc. Im not even sure what apps/songs/themes i should have, is there a list available somewhere?
Cheers

Hello i hope somebody is online to answer me
My mobile phone is n72-nokia.Somebody gets my messages to his computer and i want to solve this problem urgently.Could you pls help me???

I don't know what you mean (and as your question has nothing to do with restoring 3230 memory card contents, you should've started a new discussion thread, instead of replying to one that is not relevant at all to your concern).

Anyway...

Who is this "somebody"?

How do they get your messages to their computer, exactly?

Have you asked this person, if they're doing to something?

Have you, for example, done a Bluetooth pairing of your phone with the PC in question? If so, you can remove the pairing with the Bluetooth app on your phone (and also turn Bluetooth off, or at least make it hidden).

If that's not your propblem, more expalanations are required, before anyone can help.
