Contact list problem

Hi all,

Since I bought my P990i I have received a lot of help in this forum � thanks for that!
I am today very satisfied with the phone, but still have an annoying problem.

When I make a call to a person I already have in my contact list, it still asks me if I want to put it in my list when I end the call. Very irritating! My contact is already there��

Any tips, anyone?

I had the same problem once with only one contact (my wife :tongue: ). Whenever she called me the number was not recognized and in the end I was asked to save it. The only solution that worked was to do a master reset and restore a backup that i made previously.

I followed your tip and a hard reset solved the problem......
