Thank u to u all..for everything.😉

me also got same problem with this. is there any way to save my contact first before hard reset? please coz i've got many important number in it.

Try to connect it with PCSuite, although there's 0.1% chance to work. Hope you saved your contacts on SIM card or a regular backup on MMC or with PC Suite.

Greetings!

I've discovered a temporary solution to the N75 not starting up! Before I figured this out, my phone was telling me that the start up failed, and that I needed to contact my retailer. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the N75 to boot. Until...

Part 1)
If your phone wont boot, turn it off. Take out the battery and remove the SIM card. Put the battery back in, and start the phone up. The N75 will boot to a screen asking you whether or not you want to continue using the phone in "Offline Mode". SAY YES!!!!. The N75 will boot fully without asking you to contact the retailer.

Part 2)
Turn the phone off. Remove the battery, and insert the SIM card. Turn it back on. Again, the N75 will boot up to a screen asking you whether or not you want to continue using the phone in "Offline Mode". SAY YES!!!!. Once the phone has completely booted, switch from "Offline Mode" to the "Normal" profile. Bingo!

To avoid the error message in the future, be sure to switch your phone to offline mode before you turn it off, and make sure to keep it in "Offline Mode" until it fully boots up.

Part 3)
Enjoy your N75!

is there any solutions for the startup failure so it would not popup into my phone screen again? is *#7370# and *#7780# the same?

my 3230 phone is having the same problem over and over again. my phone will display a message "phone startup failure, contact the retailer" after that i'll try to format it using ("*", "3", "call button"😉 then the message will disappear then after several days it will come back again.

i am from the Philippines and text messages is our number one priority here.. all i do with my phone is text and text all day but how come does this problem always appears? is there any good solutions that it doesn't comes back anymore? to tell you the truth it is starting to annoy me... it's a good thing i know how to format my phone but it is really not good for me to alway see my phone having the same problems every week..

please tell me i'm going out of my mind with my phone. i can't throw it away for it's a give for me
