Contacts update problem

Hi All,

I have been gifted a 'used' 9500 and after having done all the necessary software installations, I am unable to view my contacts from the phone in the PC Suite.

This has happened to my Dad's phone as well, but my brother's phone seems alright.

Please advice... Thanks..

i have problem with bluetooth Nokia HS 36W, there are problem indicator light is not on when i charged and this device is not working, warranty is over, is it possible to repair ?
