Are you holding the phone the right way up? IE; camera buttons on the top.

The orientation of phone make the photo orientation...

I thought he was going mad but its just happened to me too!!!! 😮 Not sure why but when i transfered to the PC it was upside down and yet another picture taken seconds before was correct!?!

This is the phone trying to be clever and work out the orientation for you. Clearly it doesn't always get it right. You can confuse it by taking pictures on the diagnal.
