Name and number?

Hi, can anyone help me please?

I have just received a call from someone in my contacts list and but only their number showed as the phone was ringing!

Normally their name shows!!! I have looked everywhere on the phone to see if I have somehow hit the "show number only" key but can't find anything!

I have tried switching the phone off, taken the battery out and it's still doing the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I tried every menu I could find and couldn't see the option to turn off names!

Then I remembered a lad in work had the same phone as me! I phoned him and the same thing had happened to him! The only solution was to back up the things that you need and do a master reset 😞

I did this and it's now working 😊
