When using QuickWord and other applications can you view the files with the N95 on its side, like you Rotate webpages? (same way round as the mp3 player)?

If you open the document in the usual portrait mode then slide the phone open so that the media player controls are shown. This will put the document in landscape mode, close the slider and it will stay in this mode.
