Installing prompt upon startup...

Hi !
how can you disable this thing:?
Upon start up of my phone, it says Installing....... then it will say Untrusted applications go to the app. manager to install etc....

Well, you can go to Application Manager and install them, or uninstall them.

If they're on a memory card, you can also delete the files from the card using a PC.
