i bought a new n80 ie from ebay....
by default it came with the firmware: v 4.0632.0.38 13-10-2006 RM-92
so i tried to update it to the new firmware, 4.0707 one...but the NSU says that the firmware i have is the latest one...
i dont know why!!!!
i think that the phone i got was a n80 flashed with n80 ie.....however the box says its ie edition....
is there any way to check if the phone i got is flashed to n80 ie....or is there something wrong i am doing while trying to update
any help would be appreciated...

v 4.0632.0.38 is one of the IE edition firmwares. The .07 versions are just updates to IE. Your phone might be branded to a company not allowing it to upgrade to newer versions.

coz i bought an unlocked phone
