Missing tel numbers in Outlook 2000

After synchronizing contacts to my PC, telephone numbers that have been renamed in 9210 using "rename field" do not appear in outlook 2000. Will appreciate any help on this. Thanks

I don't use outlook, but from what I remember with playing about with it, you can create similar fields in outlook, when you do that and then sync they should appear. But don't take my word for it.
