Can someone please tell me how to get a GPRS account or watever it is ive got no idea or information about GPRS can someone tell me how to get it Im from Pakistan

Gprs is a function of your network and service provider.
You need to phone them, and see if Gprs is available there, and if so, get the prices and ask them to activate it. Then you can use it for whatever you need.
Not all networks have Gprs available yet, not sure about Pakistan.

And yes, GPRS is available in Pakistan to my knowledge.
