Truphone have jsut posted a video on their blog showing the differences between a "clean" N95 and one that has been "nobbled" by the carriers. Enjoy (and be glad you don't have a contract with Orange/Vodaphone/...)

Is always the same... For a basic phone, is ok a locked version, but for advanced devices, is bad idea an operator phone.
Im glad I didn't go for Orange, and will not again. with T-mobile its fine apart from locking into their network and changing the internet icon to web & walk, I don't see anything else restricted on t-mob
