Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before but i went back 6 pages and i couldn't see anything on it.

I've noticed that the gallery shows everything on the simcard and on the phone and i can't see any way of altering that fact. For example if i had a private video 😉 that i didn't want the kids to see is there any way of making it so that if you press the gallery button it doesn't show?

I don't mean to password it or make it hidden just so that it doesn't show those thumbnails automatically as soon as the gallery button is pressed. It seems that every media file on the fone is shown in the gallery and i don't want that. I want to choose what files are in the gallery.

Thanks

IS like that on all modern S60 devices. Just rename the file, or Zip it, and that does not appear any more on Gallery.

You can install a freebee software such as y-browser, make a new folder, then make it hidden in attributes. Then, keep them in there. The gallery won't show them then.

Ahh superb guys. Thanks for the info!
