Alarm/Alerts volume

I can't figure out on my P800 how to increase the volume for Alarms and Task-Calendar reminder Alerts.
When I play the alarm sound in the Audio Player it sounds quite loud, but used in an Alarm the volume seemed to be set down by ~50%.

just got a reply from Sony Ericsson support. The Alarm/Alerts volume is linked to the Ring Volume under

*Edit
*Preferences
*Sounds and Alerts
*Ring Volume
