How can I sync my work email to my E62 cell phone?
Currently U can sync tasks, calendar and notes, but not the outlook from work, is there a configuration process or a software I need to install?

You can't sync emails. If you have a flat rate data plan, you can set up Messaging to retrieve your work emails and either check them manually or configure Messaging to check your emails every xx minutes which will effectively have the same effect as synching your emails. If you do not have a flat rate data plan and have to pay per MB, then you're out of luck unless you're willing to spend loads of money in data charges.
