browser causes soft reset

as I start browsing on the e61's browser, my phone will soft reset. this has happened multiple times in a row now. how do I trobleshoot this

Are you browsing via a wifi access point? There was a problem with wifi with the first E61 firmware that would cause the phone to soft reset when connected to some networks. Upgrade your phone to the latest firmware (v3) and it should solve the problem.
