Hi,
anyone tested Mail for Exchange on the N95 ?
I know this is intended for the E-series, but versions up to 1.3.1 works on my N80 (V1.5 does not work).

Yes, tested it. Same with N95 as with N80. Up to 1.3.1 works but not 1.5.
An issue though; I first installed M4E, synched and everything ok, then configured a second mail account (gmail/POP3). After that I wasn't able to open any of the mail items in the M4E mailbox....
Didn't do much research about it. Uninstalled M4E and went for RoadSync instead.
Hmm this is NOT good..
Mail for Exchange is for free, and RoadSync cost lots of money.
I also heard that some people manage to sync with v.1.3.1, but when trying to open emails they get an error message (with no other mail-service installed on the phone)..
If Nokia want this phone to be a iPhone "killer" with being a all-in-one device, they must add native Mail for Exchange support for the N95.
I am not going into the N95 vs iPhone discussion, because i know the N95 is a smartphone and the iPhone is not, but the iPhone does have support for synchronizing with MS Exchange server.

Is Blackberry connect available (or going to be) for N95?
Hello
Have anybody a Push-Solution on the N95 (not IMAP Idle)?
I have install a Trial Version of RoadSync but i'm not so happy, i have no access to the subfolders and i miss the function/alert when incoming emails. With Mail For Exchange i become a Popup when incoming a new email and i see new emails at the screensaver, but with RoadSync is see nothing, i have only the vibra alert and the signal for new emails.
Or have anybody a running version of Mail For Exchange for the N95 (parhaps a old version)?
bye

PS: Can anybody send my MailForExchange 1.3.1 for testing?

Roadsync has support for subfolders. Haven't tried it myself but the option is there. You have tried it and it doesn't work??
Before 1 hour i have Mail For Exchange 1.3.1 install on my N95 but it's not running. I can install the app and the data-sync running also, but when i try open a message, then i become a error message.
RoadSync, my Problem with the Subfolders is when i select a Subfolder and use the Menu "View Messages" then i see not the mails from the selected subfolder, i switch/jump back to the INBOX and see the mails from the INBOX. So i see all my Subfolders but i see no entries from the subfolder. First i think it's a problem from the DateRange that i have no emails from this Date in the subfolders, but this is not so.
bye

I've found info about this issue at dataviz.com. It's a known issue. More info here: http://support.dataviz.com/support.srch?docid=14038&pid=2000
I've tried the trial version of roadsync and I've just purchased the full version for 25. For what it does I think it';s worth it.
Supports push mail and you get a simple email alert which of course you can tailor and does the job.
