Hiya all,

I appreciate that the N73 is not a specific movie playing device, however i have got the lastest version of DIVX and to be honest it is the same as every other verison of DIVX.

I start watching the movie and its perfect ( cant say anything bad about it )

BUT wait 10 - 15 minutes in and the the problems start.........
Is it me or does the video and sound no longer sync????? You can get round this by stopping the applications and forwarding to where you stopped previously, but then in another 10 -15 minutes it starts losing sync again.

Is this a problem with the DIVX software? or is it my encoding options which are: Video Fromat: xvid
Video Resolution: 320x240
Video Frame Rate: 25.000000
Video Bit Rate: 200kbps
Audio Format: mp3
Audio Channel: 2
Audio Bit Rate: 128000
Audio Sample Rate: 32000
or is the phone just not powerful enought to make it work?

Has anyone had any luck with DIVX or any other movie software for the N73, or is there a way to clock the processor to make it run faster like i was able to on my 02 xda mini 2?

Cheers guyz.

If you can give up the divx player for the yucky Real player, there's an excellent conversion guide at the top of this forum
