Newbie N80 user problem

Just got my N80 and want to upgrade to N80ie but after downloading Nemesis and connecting to phone i cannot change the product code to use nokia autoupdate. It connects and reads the imei etc, but just hangs and says reading values when try to read current phone info before i write to it. Tried writing new code but did not work..Any Help
Ps at the begining the only fault says products directory not found.. Cheers

Those days the firmware is the same to N80 and N80ie. So just do the regular upgrade and you have an N80 (=N80ie).

still cant upgrade if your on O2 I think as they havent signed it off tho... so you'll need to change that code.
