really have a problem on my 6600 since a long time I don't know why didn't I ask for help in this forums , well I hope I am gonna find a solution:
sometimes when some1 send texts me , I can't receive alert on my phone not the flag neither a sound , what I do is to check message reports if I see the blue incoming message , so HWat I do is to reboot the phone to get the messages I Really had enough problems with appointments with people and Girlz.
I don't want to format my phone. please help/

Why don't you want to format it? You can backup before and restore after.
I read about people having pronblems with thier Nokia after formatting.
I am really scared before doing it.
Also I tried to get sms and wap settings to my phone from nokia website to my orange french phone andI can't receive the sms I just see incoming messages in reports .
Please any people good into this ?

Format does not add problems, it removes them. My N70 was formatted about a hundred times by now, and still it doesn't make problems. Your wap settings can be retriever from your network provider.
