I am using the trial version of ActiveMail, and am setting up email notification rules.
I use Orange as my main email, as they use SMS notification to indiciate new emails have arrived.
When I recieve an Email Notification, the message is from "Email Alert". To configure ActiveMail I require the actual SMS number. I've tried Message Details, but the sms number doesn't appear.
Anyone have any idea what the SMS notifcation number is for Orange?
Thanks in advance

you can call your orange service customers for free from your mobile and find out.
As good as it gets 😮ops:
they are useless, and have no idea what I am talking about
Thats the problem with knowing too much, its a conspiracy

Try their Data Desk. Ask the drones to put you through to Data Services Team and ask them.
give us a clue, Where are you living, country I mean
I'm in the UK btw, soz I should have mentioned that 😃

"Currently on hold with data services....."

Well Data services were as useful as a chocolate fireguard, they told me the information I need cannot be supplied.
Any other ideas? I've tried usenet and its a no go.
Hmmm

If the SMS doesn't have the number show up when you open it, Active Mail isn't going to be able to see it either, so I don't think it'll help you.

Did you try putting text instead of the number into Active Mail? You can insert text instead of numbers by holding down the # key?
Inserting the sender as text instead of the number should work OK. Active Mail checks for a number match OR text match.
Please contact [email protected] if you are still having problems with this.
