voice navigation payment problem

I'll summarise the problem quickly

Bought N95, paid for voice naviagtion for 3 years. All fine.

Phone broke, Orange sent new one. Now it wants me to pay again. Spoke to Nokia, who said go through to buy the navigation but select update and it should add it back on for free. It doesn't. Nokia suggested I speak to [email][email protected][/email]

I have mailed them 4 times, no reply. Anyone else had this issue? Anyone else transferred voice nav from one n95 to another with same sim card? Help!!
