It seems that lately the posts of this website have started to get an anti-GSM/UMTS/Symbian/Europe sentiment. Look at their last posts! Instead of being an objective (somewhat pro-Symbian 😉 ) source it now seems to be they have taken sides with the CDMA Microsoft camp. I find it very strange that after this site being down for a couple of days two weeks ago they suddenly make these little attacks against standards that are dominant in Europe.
Maybe we should reconsider putting their headlines on the frontpage.

Some quotes: "Smaller coverage of GSM in USA, smaller transmission speeds in GSM/GPRS than in CDMA 1x, make it obvious that in markets where users have choice (unfortunately not in Europe dominated with GSM only) the CDMA cellphones are very often better choice than GSM/GPRS."

"GSM is an European invention that had a purpose to maintain oligopoly of European hardware vendors."[/i]

Good quote, shame they are too backward to realise that CDMA was America's idea to combat the fact that they weren't getting any money from the whole mobile phone thing. Wankers.
