Hi all,
I've never been able to get my 9210 to backup over IR to my Dell XP laptop. IR is enabled, and the laptop can use the 9210 as a gsm modem, which leaves me to believe that it's PC suite which has a problem, although my win98 laptop could sync over IR without any probs. Backup via serial cable is fine. I've tried playing with all the com settings, and googlified the problem to death.
Any ideas?

sorry cant help but only to say that I can do everything through IR from my laptop to 9210 but when I try a backup it just drops out after a short time.
I have managed to backup the local memory C and the I have a card reader and just make a copy of my RAM card its much quicker anyway.
IrDA connection doesn't work with XP ..
CyberFred, i've a Dell Latitude -Win XP- i cannot do anything except sending files to the Laptop. :evil:
Hope it will work with the new version of the PC Suite :roll:

I'll just have to admit defeat on this one again. I hate using cables. Never mind. Do you know when the next version of PC suite will come out?
