Image Problem on E-50

Hello Everyone,

I have a Nokia E-50. It has been working fine till last month. The photoes i have clicked in recent days on them there are two fixed lines, cross wire like. This cross wire is not in the center but towards the left side of the image. Is this a hardware problem or a software problem?

Could anyone please tell me how to get rig of these line.

First check if is software. With NSU application from Nokia site, try the firmware upgrade of your phone (do a backup first, because the lost of personal stuff is total:icon4: ). After, if the problem still the same, it�s because is hardware. Then go to the nearest repair center of your location.
