Sorry more noob questions!...

Morning all...

Sorry am a relative noob to the N95 world and have a few questions but the main one being that I would like to have quite a big memory card (I know, wouldn't we all?!) for the phone as I have loads of music and videos etc and obivously 1gb or 2gb is just not enough. Could I buy several 2gb cards and have one for music, one for video etc and carry them round and just insert the relevant one when it was required? I would have one 2gb card which I would use the majority of the time but just a couple more for media stuff...would that work? Presumably I'd have to format them all when I got them to make them work in the N95, but I guess the phone does this?...

Also what is VOIP and what are the benefits of it?...I get loads of free minutes anyway so is this worth me looking into?...

I've got the GPS working and am pretty impressed with it (I think I'm the only one!? hehe) and have just paid for 30 days subscription at the moment, but do I pay for data calls and network usage as well as paying for the subscription? And if so, is that for the whole journey or just for finding my position, or for updating? I tried to find out, but the manual isn't very useful on that front!?...

Sorry last one (for now 😉) I bought my phone unlocked and sim free but it's O2 branded 😞 I took it into my local CPW yesterday (which is also a Nokia Service Centre) and they said they wouldn't flash it 😞 I've read the posts here on changing the product code and am happy to do this and take it back it, but what do I say to get them to reflash the phone?...

Thanks in advance...

Michellle

u can use as many 2 gig cards as u want and just change them when needed, if u get alot of free voice mins then having voip is pretty pointles, if u goto nokia.com via pc u can get a map loader app to load the maps onto the n95, if u dnt have the maps then ur network will charge u for the data use as its not included in the GPS price, if u change the product code and take it to CPW just tell them ur n95 keeps crashing and ask them if they can try a software update, then ull have the generic version

Brill thanks for replying so quickly - sorry can I just confirm about the GPS..? So if I upload maps using the nokia program, does the phone use the internet to track me as I'm driving or is that free?...

Also, does anyone know how to sync the N95 with Windows Calendar on Vista as the new PC Suite only lets you sync with Vista Contacts and no other Vista programs?...

xx

Sorry one other question! I'm trying to change the product code on my phone now so that I can get it re-flashed and have downloaded the NSS program but when I scan for a new device it doesn't find it - can someone point me in the right direction please as I've obviously done something wrong? xx
