Quickoffice and Openbit

On my first N95 I upgraded Quickoffice using Openbit. Unfortunately a couple of days later my N95 fell over and I had to get a new one, not a problem O2 did the necessary.

Of course this meant I was back to the read only version of Quickoffice. No problems I just have to mail Openbit support and all will be fine. Except that a week later Openbit have not replied to any of the several emails that I have sent them.

Has anyone else had this sort of issue with Openbit and if so how did you resolve it?

Hey bullroar, dont hold your breath. I upgraded to a 3yr navigation package and then had a problem which meant i had to have my phone exchanged.....3 weeks down the line i still have had no replies to any emails.....so im 47.00 quid out of pocket:con? ...if you do come across a way to actually contact these people please let me know

cheers Craig

Not really what I wanted to hear but glad to know I am not the only one in the boat, as it were.

I have even tried emailing the CEO [email protected], no reply yet. Maybe a phone call is in order. In the meantime I might stir the pot with Quickoffice themselves.

I haven't heard from Openbit and figure I am not going to. I therefore contacted Quickoffice direct and, much to their credit, they sorted the issue quite promptly.
