Well I know what I want to do, I'm just not sure if there is a way to do it!
I tend to have my phone on the silent profile most of the time because of the type of work I do, however I also get in trouble when I realise I have 4 missed calls from my wife cos my phones on silent. So what I really need is to be able to create a group or something for immediate family, etc, that could be set to ring no matter what, with all other contact remaining silent.
What dya reckon, anyone got a workaround in mind?

Yepp, sure do!
1. When in contacts, switch to "Group" => create a group and add members (=your wife...) who you wish should be able to call you at "all times".
2. Switch to Tools\Profiles\Silent and select "Personalise" (..or maybe create a new profile..). Go through all the preferred settings and be sure to SELECT "Ringing" in section "Ringing type". In the bottom you have the option to select who it will call for => Change it and select the group you've created... 😎
