Paid for Navigation but I don't get voice

Had a N95, bought navigation which worked fine (not as good as tomtom but fine). Phone broke, Orange sent a new one.

I had some hassle transfering my licence over for the navigation but I got over that. The scenario I have now is that I get navigation but there is no voice. Volume is up. I can even select repeat last command and I get greeted with silence.

Any ideas>

Well, have set your preferred language and then downloaded the voicefile...? (in maps \ settings \ general \ voice...).
