One of the cool features of Nseries phones is that they have shortcuts and calendar items displayed on the main screen (desktop) itself..is it possible to have this on 6630 also? using application or any other means?
or am i asking too much?!

i tried the deskoper on my 6630
when i run it the screen blinks for a sec and then nothing
the application doesnt get started
it happens with all the 3 versions of deskoper
i had the same prob with some other app but i thought that the app were corrupt or something
but since it runs fine on your fone then i definatly have a prob

does your 6630 give u the same prob with this app when u installed it??
if yes then how did u solve the prob?
I know u can do it in the 6680 by turning on active standby in settings.not sure about the 6630 OS
active standby is supported from 668x onwards and excluded feature from 6630 even it is S60 2nd edition phone as well. but i'm quite positive that you already knew that...
