Hi. My English isn't very well, but I hope you understand my problem and take me some advieces. I've got a serious problem with memory in my 7650. I think that disk c: is demage, but I don't know the reason. Some people from PSIloc told me that I'll need a service code to format that disk. Do you know that code? It is very important to me - without it my mobile doesn't work well.

I'll be really grateful for your answers.

Best regards,
Radek

Be sure to have a full battery!! And plug in the battery cable just for safety. AS if the battery power runs out before formatting, it screws your phone 😃

Hmm... Is there any possibility to transfer my data from phone to pc before formatting? (especially messages) Is formatting degerous? What may be wrong? [email protected]

Use PC SUITE and do a backup. This will keep everything except the java programs and operator logo.

When you type in the code make sure you have a full battery and the charger plugged in because if you run out of power you will make the phone unusable and will have to go to the NSC.

After inputing the code, you will be asked for your security code (Default 12345) and then you will see a screen with the NOKIA logo. Wait until the phone restarts (This can take up to 5 mins )

I've got one more question: when I format user storage memory, will I be able to install again some trial programs which trial ended?
