tomtom mobile 5 on nokia 6680

my husband as purchased a 6680 with tomtom on and a gps reciever but he cant use the tomtom it keeps saying no maps found and most of the files on the memory card say unknown file format when he trys to open them would it be better to install tomtom again if so does anyone know where i can get it from can anyone help please please

Is it an official version of TomTom?

I did it the other way - bought teh software off eBay, a separate GPS Receiver and a larger memory card, and it all works fine. Should back if you need help doing it this way.

If its an official TomTOm product - go to their website and I'm sure they have a customer support section.

i bought tomtom of ebay has been working fine all of a sudden after updating the firmware on my 6680 tomtom wont open up it looking for it but the phone doesnt seem to reading the mmc card
