Nokia N72 Memory Card

Hi,
I've just got a new Nokia N72 and could someone please tell me what is the maximum memory card capacity this phone can take. I looked on Nokia's site and it seems to go upto 512MB but on ebay and other websites they seem to be selling 1GB and 2GB cards.
Also could someone explain about the memory card adapter i.e. which type of memory card is the adapter used for?
Thanks
Saj

I have a 1GB memory card of swissbit the 30sfr. cost in my Nokia N72 😉
Whether 2GB also does not go white I

Wirelessly posted (Nokia E70: Opera/8.01 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/3.0.6560/1662; en; U; ssr))

If the card is a Mini or Micro SD -for now 2GB would be the max. supported.
The memory card adaptor is used to convert the mini or micro SD into a full MMC card ,so you can used it in a card reader or phone that supports MMC or whatever end result format the converter converts it to.

Hi Saj,

The maximum size accepted by N72 is 2GB. You don't need to but an genuine Nokia one, though is better quality. I use a SanDisk 1GB.

The adapter is used to insert the RS-MMC in normal MMC slots, which are bigger.
