Normal Mode Connection

Is it just me or do these things never come across as simple as they should be?

Last night i wanted to up all my contacts etc using the backup function that comes with the SE software, after playing around with settings etc, the pc finally picked up the phone on normal mode and allowed me to back my contacts up.

Now after resetting my phone...and my pc, the two wont pair in normal mode again 😡

So now i have a blank phone with all my contacts sitting on my pc!

I've had the same problem - it can always connect in Fast mode, but Normal is really flaky.

What works for me (at the moment) is to make sure that the PC suite software is closed down completely before connecting the phone. Once m-router says it has connected, I then start up the pc suite and it finds the connection.
