Operator N95 to new generic firmware using standard supplied upgrade system?

Is this new firmware available to those with operator based N95 phones via the standard supplied upgrading software.

Or would you have to use some other software (warez) that wouldn't normally be available to the average user?

I think it is using the warez but not sure from all the postings, just want to clear up the confusion I'm having.
