Using windows xp and sony pc sync suite 1.2.14
It was working fine until recently. Now, when I hook it up to the usb, the sync program can see the connection. I can even see the pictures in the phone but when I hit the sync button, it is unable to sync. Gives error "Synchronization could not be started".
PHone has latest software rev. CSC 162037 R9F011
Any ideas?
