e65 music player issues (track order)

Hi,
First time poster! I hope someone is able to help me.
I'm very happy with my new e65, but there is one infuriating issue with the music player... It plays songs in alphabetical order rather than the track order designated in their ID3 tags.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It basically kills the device's usefulness as a portable audio player.

I am hoping there is some way to genuinely fix the problem rather than some ridiculous, cumbersome workaround (like renaming the file names, or creating playlists for each album).

Thanks for any help you can give me!!

I've only just got to putting some mp3 tracks on my memory card and a quick check shows that they are in their correct track order. I copied the tracks to the folder Sound Clips/Digital sounds/ and then the Music Library menu gave me an option along the lines of organising my library (I can't remember exactlty what the option was and it isn't there once the library is organised so I can't easily check!) Not sure if this will help, other than to reassure you that it should maintain track order.
