Yes should do according to people on here, I did it with my T-Mobile but it already had the Internet Calling anyway.

To be honest - I signed up with Truefone , installed and in use in a couple of mins

I've not played about with other providers yet

Hi again. Are you saying you got this to work with an Orange branded phone? Another poster suggest that TruePhone will not work with Orange, and when I tried it I had all sorts of problems....
