I've had my Orange N95 for 4 days now and I have to say I don't think the battery life is as bad as some have suggested. Mind you, I've set the phone to GPS with no wireless roaming. I've just upgraded FW so will see if that affects battery life (perhaps Orange optimized things?). Having said all that I'm by no means a "power" user, and only make a few calls a day and surf infrequently.
Anyhoo, I was wondering whether this battery life issue is exacerbated by the slider. I've noticed that I sometimes inadvertently unlock the phone in my pocket. Perhaps this could be one reason why some folk aren't getting as long a battery as they'd like....
