What is wrong? My memory card keeps become unusable. It tells me that it is corrupted but I just reseat it and it is fixed but will reoccur like 2-3 times a day. What is wrong? :con?

Where did you get the memory card and what make is it.
It comes with the phone.
Nokia 1 GB Micro SD 0702U35476U C01GT JAPAN.
It work fine until I use the applications stored in the memory. I am suspecting that certain sector in the memory is corrupted.
Should I try formating it?
If yes, should I backup the application and data first?
Please help

I had problems with my first N80 and a cheap memory card. I had to get a new N80 handset for another reason and had no problems with the new handset. I have an equally cheap card in my N95 and have had no problems. I suspect your handset is faulty.
