It comes up when you try to launch the PC Suite application

PC Suite Error
In my experience, the best way to get synchronisation software to work is to get a Windows Mobile device. I don't know how SE thinks they can continue to offer smartphones without proper sync software that works out of the box.
I have switched to an HTC TyTN - it has everything the SE has, including more RAM, and sync software that works first - and every - time. Plus the GUI is easier to navigate. And there is vastly more shareware available for it.
Sorry, but those are the facts.
