Ok guys, need some help.
Whenever I try to run Maps, it gets to about 50% then shuts down, the phone doesn't restart but the app closes down.
Anybody know how I can resolve this, without throwing the phone out of the window into the pool!?

You could try renaming \Private\20001f63 folder on your memory card as this is where Maps stores all the downloaded data. If its renamed it should just create a new blank one next time the app opens, although any maps youve downloaded will be in the renamed folder, so lost.
I haven't downloaded any maps as of yet, so haven't got that folder. Thanks anyway though. Anyone else have any ideas?

The folder is created when you first run Maps with a memory card installed, even if you don't download any maps, so you might still have it. I'm not sure whether its visible from File Manager on the phone though, you may need to connect it in Mass Storage mode to a PC or use a 3rd party Explorer App on the phone to see it.
Other than that, are you running Anti Virus? If so, remove it, if not, maybe try a hard reset (although obviously back up all contacts etc)
Just done a hard reset and that's sorted it. Backed up so everything's back to normal.
