Backing up N95 before firmware update

Hi guys,

is there a good step-by-step tutorial to backup the N95 before doing a firmware update?

Of most concern are my Full Screen Caller settings, since it costs me an hour to attach the pictures to the contacts. Is there a folder or settings file i can copy from the phone to the pc, and back after the firmware update?

I don't want to use Nokia's backup utility, since it wrecked my N73 once.

What I was planning to do:
1) Synchronize my contacts, tasks, notes and calender through PC-Suite
2) Make backup of SMS messages through either Nokia Backup or PC-Suite
3) Copy setting file (which file/folder is it?) of Best Full Screen Caller

FIRMWARE UPDATE

4) let all installed programs install again (all are stored on memory card)
5) copy contacts/calender/tasks/notes/contacts/sms back through PC-suite or Backup
6) copy Full Screen Caller settings back to phone (don't know how yet)

Am I forgetting something or is there a better way to do this? And again, how do I backup my Full Screen Caller settings?
