N95 how to stop sending to answer

Hi
Does anyone know how you can stop the N95 keys becoming active when you receive a call?
every time I try and open the leather case or get the phone out my pocket when it rings I have either already answered or sent the call to my answer machine. just to confirm I put the key lock on then when I receive a call they become active hence when you try and get the phone out your pocket or in some peoples case there handbag if you toch a key it answers.😮
