I need your guidance in solving an irritant problem over which I lost my sleep yesterday night.:frown:
I have this NGage Classic with me past two years... Faithful and efficient. Few months ago it developed a problem of switched off display (while everything else worked so well). I was too scared to give that to repair and somehow it sprang back to life with no mor eproblems.
Yesterday night while I was dialing a number I recieved call from the same number simultaniously. This seem to have created a clash within the software and since then I could not open my messages (SMS) folder and Call Register.
I mean... I could no more access the inbox, out box, sent, drafts ...of Message foler and...I could not open the folers of last dialed, recived calls, missed calls.
I am getting two message when I try oening them...
Messaging: System Error (-20)
Log: System Error (-20)
I tried every known method and so far could not succeed.
I have about 500 messages in that phone that are emotionally valuable to me. Hence I dare not farmat my phone or.... Dare not any techhie touch it for some software change.
Please guide me towards any solution you could possibly think of without losing my data. I do nothave my own personal computer to take backup of data. My attempts to try copy are also not succeeding.
Any help is appreciated....
