The problem with my phone right now is that i cant use any of the text function. If i want an "A" it will only give me a "1" and so on for other keys. Whereas in games, where you have to type out something such as your profile name of the game it works flawlessly. I have no idea whats wrong with it, i wouldnt mind formating my phone just dont know how to backup everything properly. Plz help!
Text doesn't work on the 6620
While on text, keep pressed the # key, or press pencil key once and select Alpha mode.
the number key and the pencil key dont seem to work at all. Still giving me the same results.
Do the backup with PCSuite. After format the phone, and try again.
Get the Keypad IC changed... Nokia care center.
